California is competitive so I am not sure the california letter helps much.
I don't know how great your LORs are.
Internal Medicine is very competitive and it seems like all your experince is in Im. Psych is a little less competitive but you need to have spych experience. It is hard to give you your chances not knowing all the parameters.
I think you should just work again on your application and try to present the best you can possibly present and force a spot in residency. Knowing your chances before end is not gonna change your destiny. Believe in your possibilities and try to make something happen.
