I was in your situations before, step1 75 (2nd attempts), 3 years later step 2 75 (3rd attempts), I think that these are the worst scores in the world (75/75), I still attempt step 3 (score 58, 58, 73), tried again 88, from step 1 to 3, exactly 10 years, then I found a a position. Ten years ! In between I went to graduate school, did reseach for 5 years with publications, got green card from job, not from marriage. As English is not my mother language and I studied medicine NOT in Englsih.
If you have good English, I would suggest you to go to Psychology PHD (4 years), with your scores and attempts, you are wasting your time. After 4 years, you can work as a psychologist, or get into psychiatry program 100% for sure.
Do not compare with other people who got residency becasue of scores, connections, earn bigger money sooner, it will make you sad and mad. Find your way and go for it. MD. PHD have a better future in the long run, all the knowlege you learn belongs to you forever.

Good luck.
