I practiced with 2 partners: one was the patient, one was the doctor and the third one was checking all the information out and keeping time. we did it as close to the actual encounter as possible, including knocking on the door, introducing yourself, asking the correct questions and performing a focused exam. worked out great, and makes you aware of your deficiencies very quickly. the biggest problem was time management. english is important but not decisive. if you passed 2CK you have all the necessary clinical knowledge. so here is my suggestion, find a couple people in your area that plan on taking the test around the same time as you do, practice for 1-2 months on the weekends (or whenever you can meet) and you're good to go. best of luck to you
