To Dr. Rock, please advise

I am currently OBGYN resident in New Zealand. Have done my step1,2,CSA and also step 3 in 2005. my step 1 was 2002. Never worked in the US
Will finish my training here in 2 years. What is the role about a fellow ship in the US if my steps were older than 7 years?
