Don't ever do that, it's the last resort.
First find out why the PD is acting that way, is there
some truth to it?
Is someone who does not like you or who wants to take
revenge with you for something you might have
intentionally or inintentionally, complaining against
you to the PDs.
PDs usually would never act that way unless they are
insane or made insane by someone who wrongfully
complained against you.
Remember, you were picked by PD, unless PD was not
there when you interviewed.
Best way is to come in term with yourself and your
other PDs, may be you are working so hard and you are
not able to realize your own mistakes, a possibility.
Ask your friends, other faculties, nurses etc.
Find out if the PD has dealt wrongly to others as well,
talk to your seniors, esp the fellows or super seniors
who are already practicing.
B4 you do anything, find out important things about the
PD, I know you don't have time for this but try a
little, don't threaten to sue.
If someone accuses you, ask for the evidence if any,
sometimes there will proof to your shock, so prepared
Sometimes PDs may be racist, if they come from diff
background skinhead(supremacist superiority complex) or
negro (inferiority complex) or even personality
mismatch. My analysis is that someone must be telling
all bad things against you for their own ego, beware of
