it is hard since the reqiurements to get into 2nd yr is not the same-but i had friends who did surgery , OB, psych etc and got into 1st yr FP.
better to stick with one-why would u want t o switch in 2nd yr ? besides it is hard to start as a second yr since u wont know anyone-people who did intern yr had known all about staff and the place/system-that is why they want u to start as a first yr.
