Be aware that ra onc is one of the most competitive specialty in the US. When they say you need to have U.S experience they mean it. I don't see how you are going to get around this.
You need to do what they ask you to do if you want to have any chance to get in and there is still no garantee.
What most people do, is they save money from working in their country and then come to the U.S to have hands on experience. some are able to take a leave of absence of a year some need to resign from their home country job.
Life is about choices. You have to make a choice. No way around it. Either you want to be in the US or you don't.
