MEdicare pays for 3 years of post graduate training, you used two so you have to find somebody for the last year.
Call programs and ask, go to residentswap.com or other resident job websites.
Another thing is passing step 3 that always helps
The other thing you can do is see by reciprocation you can apply to a license in your state or elsewhere
