I had applied there but was rejected because I am not a GC holder or a US Citizen. My friend who has a GC was accepted. My question is how important is doing research? I'm sure it looks good on your CV, especially from top university, but what do PD's think about it and does it help you get interviews? We are both ECFMG certified. Now I must look for observership/externship.
