Residency application is an year long process and it involves a lot of stuff that a lot of IMG's have never done before such as writing personal statements etc. At residentscafe, you can ask any question free of charge to residents and attendings. Let residents help you reach your goal! We have been there and know the programs inside out! A lot of free stuff such as a list of hospitals with externships and observerships is also available!
