Interview started at about 9 am. There were about 12 of us. I was interviewed by the program director and one attending. It was very casual. Just talked about their program and expectations. No medical questions asked. Do not offer pre match. Later one resident gave us a round of the hospital. Finished by about 12. The fact which concern me the most is the sheer score of the applicants being interviewed. Almost all of them had scores between 95-99 in step 1 and 2 and 85-90 in step 3. And majority of them had US clinical experience. I think I am not going to get it. I have only two interviews.
