what is the reason?

I did not get not even one iv;

2001 graduate
77/89/cs -1st attempt
no clinical experience since 2004
one US observership-4 months
EAD

applied to FM and IM.
got 30 rejections.

why i did not get any ivs?
what should i do to improve my cv?
any suggestion will be appreciated.
