If that was the question, then I can attempt an answer: Morehouse is a historically black institution. Naturally one would expect to see a lot more blacks (minorities)there. As an IMG or minority AMG, if you interviewed at Morehouse, ranked Morehouse, and then matched in Morehouse, it does not mean you "do not like American white people."
