"DO u have to be black or racist to join..." Very interesting! I know how PDs can identify "blacks" but I wonder how they will identify "racists" and then accept them into their Program. Perhaps, "hey, applicant so so and so, are you racist?" If you answer "yes," then you are accepted into the Program.
