Don't listen to people who can not tolerate your success because of obvious reasons.
I als have very good scores but yours are even better.
Mine are 92/96/certified, I have 4 IVs.
So I know what you're talking about because I also studied very hard for several years. There are many people who understand you, so you don't need to convince every single person in the world.
For bein matched we dont need 100 IVs, even 4 IVs seem enough to me.
Although more IVs will come later, just try to be confident and calm. You already tasted success by getting those great scores, but be sure that yo'll taste the final success by getting into a good residency program as you truely deserve it. Wish you all the best.
