In the past several days, I saw many posts that unfairly discredited Rock in doing his service (business), and even persuaded people not to buy his coaching service.
I do not buy any of Rock service due to financial reason, but I had talked to him several times and even send him my personal statement. He is nice and really helpful. I changed my personal statement (by my self) because he told me that my previous one was not strong enough. And so far I got two interviews (86/87/CS/need visa/ no US letter nor experience/ graduate last year).
For those who plan and want to buy Rock service, GO FOR IT! Just use your instinct if you really need it or not. I believe that Rock will be able to give you significant contribution if you decide to do it, and his service is Not a scam.
And one thing, we should appreciate that he spends sometimes to answer all of our questions, and we know that he knows more than most of us here.
If you ask Rock to give his service for free, than we should also ask those who got 99/99 to teach USMLE for free too...:)(some do actually, but many don't)
This year is extremely hard and it'll ever get harder next year. I wish all of us get a residency position.
Stop judging, and let's start contributing.
