Ophthalmology...was it just a wishful dream?

I am now 3rd year medical student, and would like to ask you guys who are more experienced if there is a chance that a IMG can place in Ophthalmology for residency.

This is my situation currently.
St. Georges University - foreign medical school (offshore or whatever you call it)
GPA: 3.8 cumulative
USMLE step 1: 240/99

What do you think...should i start considering other rotations, or what should I do that could secure me a position in ophthalmology in the next 2 years.
