in general only reasons like uniting with family/spouse and so on are easily explainable.
keep in mind that nothing will go without your current PD's support.
also keep in mind that depending on what you are depressed about - workload, separation from family, ... issues might be the same at another place... it's only october and you are an intern from your email - it's normal to feel stressed out or overwhelmed. you are not alone! try to make friends and go out!
