Dr fadi and others plz guide me

Hi... my credentials are
step 1 85 first attempt
step 2 80 first attempt
CSA in november
still to take
year of grad 2004
NO USCE or US LOR
i have applied to 70 programs in IM/ pedes/ and FM
No interview, 6 rejection so far from last 2 weeks.
Now i am thinking that may be i have no chance... and thinking not to come to USA to take CS and leave dream of getting residency.
Kindly guide me do i have any chance? for this match or for next year match?
I have no contacts in USA so how i can get USCE?
very depressed ......... thinking not to waste more money and time.
