Strong applicant with scores in the 90s who did not match last year. Interestingly, last year he only had 2 interviews without my coaching, this year he has already bitten his records of last year. More importantly, as we were working on interview skills, we started practicing on how to answer the following popular question: Tell me about yourself
Folks, he had a hard time summarizing who he is in 1-2 min and was very impressed when I did it for him with ease. He stopped and said:
"I should have known you last year"
Folks, this is not what you should do. You don't wanna wait till you fail before youinquire about my services. Do it now, match and be done with it.
