I just found out that ECFMG can wait for MSPE until the first of Oct.
I am sending Dean's letter now. Is mailing the letter to ECFMG the only way we have? I read that they take 1 month to upload recommendation letter. Does it mean that my application will be sent to program director in October?
Please let me know if I am wrong.
