September 1 is a Saturday. Monday Sep 3 is Labor Day. ECFMG closed at 3 pm on Friday and will reopen on Tuesday Sep 4. Does that mean that the actual date when programs will begin to receive applications will be Sep 4? If so, what is the use of applying on Sep 1?
