will ever i get into residency?

hi every body ,,this is third time i m appearing in match ,,will ever i get any residency ,
pls do suggest me ,,
my credential are

stp 1...75
stp2 ..92 (2nd atempt)
step3 ..83 (2nd attempt)
3 month research without publication
3 month observership in teaching hospital
3month obsevership in nonteaching hosp
year of grad 2004
need visa
4 us lors..

didnot get anything in last 2 yrs
pls any can give me any suggestion pls
thanx in advance
appearing 3rd time,,
past 2 y
