If you accept J-1, you got to go to underserved area after residency. Usually you go to suburbs, that's my understanding. And then, the hospital sponcer H-1 visa for you. So I think it's not bad. So I will accept J-1. To be honest with you, I don't know why people care so much about visa types. Maybe I'm wrong.
