I have not yet receieved my ds 2019 and its still on its way. but my oasis shows that its been sent to the institution TPL. I would like to know if I can buy the hdfc receipt now itself so that I can save two days of activation and take my appointment for the visa interview asap on arrival of my ds 2019. Another problem is that,though my program start date is july 1st my program has sent a contract letter where it says that i have to attend the acls and bls on june 15th itself.. so in my application for visa can i ask for visa from june 14th itself? also i would like to know when do i fill my sevis fee...should i wait till i get my ds 2019 or can i do it now itself as i am expecteng my ds 2019 in another 4 days. but still thats too late.. every day is important for me. please sencer3e advice appreciated
