of course not,are you kidding me? neuro/anesthesia/derm/radio need 1 year of ACGME accredited internal medicine or transitional medicine. If you are serious of neuro,quit your residency and start from prelim medicine again. Neuro is very demanding and highly paid. All the effort is worth it if you can manage to get a neuro residency.
