H1B PETITION - HOW LONG?

My petition for H1b was sent on 4th of april with premium processing option. still got no info about result... how much more time is it reasonable to wait before claiming petition to be lost? i am nervouz about this plz help.
BTW my account still wasnt charged for prem processing.
