clinical fellowship for IMGS

I'm an IMG. I finished my residency(general surgery) in Korea, I hoping to obtain my ECFMG certificate this year.
I want get into a clinical fellowship program (abdominal transplantation, I heard it's not too competitive), what are my chances?
(never had clinical experience in US, although I lived in NY for 4years during elementary school)
