These days it is very very hard. Talented, knowledgeable , excellent why they dont offer you a position, think about it. 78 is a 30 years from now, and it is a lot. Even you are excepted residency is a very very hard job, not everybody can do it even in their 30 th. So, i dont want to discourage you, but think three times.
