I am an old graduate now, but when I entered US I am just like any other fresh graduate. Came here to do my MPH, and could not clear steps with a busy schedule in school. So took breaks and after completing exams applied for residency this year, but no luck. Also completed masters , so applied for H1b visa as I found a job with MPH. But considering the number of applications USCIS received, there will be lottery so don't know if my appliaction will even get selected. So now finally I am here with MPH, and steps done, not knowing the future. Struggled hard to this point, but now no point in fighting, just have to settle down with marriage ( I never wanted to be on a dependent visa ) and wait till residency hits me............ So life is never easy
