Hi, Nina! almost 30 years since graduation... with lots of people 99/99 and recent grads... You need to know PD yourself, otherwise... Just look at situation at real point of view.
I finish my med school 12 years ago, citizen, step3, my step 1&2, CSA - all first attempt + good USCE ( hands on, they pay me, with hospital malpractice inshurance, benefits e.t.c.) I barely match to FP.
So... don't make decisions, you will regret lately.
