Its sad to know, but Life is full of pit falls my dear friend. I feel sad for u and guys please be supportive of him. your girl friend if truly loved u she wouldnt care if ur settled or not , no matter what her parents say. She doesnt realise happiness in family comes not wth settlement, but wth true emotions of luv and affection. Keep up ur respect by not accepting that dirty money they were offering you. U dont necessarily have to be a doctor to earn a dcent living,try for residecny for one more year by getting USCE, contacts, if it doesnt work out next year, then plan to go back to university and do some masters programme , ist not end of world. its sad to hear ur story but feel happy tht u didnt get married to her.
