Hi,
I have read your post about H1 visa. I signed contract with a program in New York. They will sponsor H1 visa. I passed USMLE Step3. I have 10 year B1/B2 visa but my stay expires on 22 December. Can you please give any advice? Can I go to Canada and come back again? Which is better option ; applying for visa in home country or in Canada? I am scared of being rejected. Is it common? Thank you very much
