And show your genuine interest in the program(of course if you are interested)
do your own reasearch; has this program ever offered prematches, how many FMG are in the program, do they have J1,H1 residents, is there any resident that you can email? On the other hand try not to bug them; they are really busy and annoyed with very persistent people, especially those that show desperation;
It is a tricky game but if played smart enough you can win.
