You could have gotten immigration lawyer them to sort it out with them or the program Human resource,but you did not.They are not under obligation to call you for IV or give your position back,inshort you dont have a position

I think the program was very inpatient so cheated you,but you accepted it them,so accept it now and move on.dont forget it is the 3 years of your life

Sorry about that gross injustice,though burden of proof was on you,and you failed to proof you are eligible to work in USA.GL
