They don't sponsor a fresh H1B. But if you already have a H1B, they will be able to transfer it for you.

It's a beautiful hospital.. From last year's comments, its not a very good teaching residency program but there are a couple of fellowship opportunities and more over it is in Massachusetts..

Anyways, when did u apply and what are your scores like? I too applied there on Sep 19 but haven't heard back yet..
