The conditional card is new law. last year NRMP didnt give the option of Conditional residence status . Only PR and Citizen. this year they started beginning such option. I was not knowing at the time of interview that I would be given an extension letter and also that the program would not accept letter. I already informed them in the documents of information and I sent it back . Still its my fault? Program have to specify during interview and they must know about this new law.
