you are matched on the condition that you accept and bind over your CAF and profile. you mentioned in the CAF that you certified as green card holder. Infact, when they verified your documentation you did not meet the criteria of thier with expired green card.. so suing the NRMP is not best choice anyways/allways.. if you want to become good doctor without any remark..
so apply this year.. you are ok... my two cents...:)
