Remediation in PGY-1, will be dismissed if fail even 1 week?

Hi, I need your sincere advice. I posted my writing before. I am doing PGY-1 remediation. My program directo5r is so desperate to dismiss me. The director gave one department negative input to fail me. i failed one rotation twice, and am doing remediation now. The direcotr requested me to return evaluation on every week, and if I fail then I should be fired immediately. I am very scared, and I am so tired now. I am going to apply again through match other program in September.
Hi guy, plz give me wisdom.
Do i have to quit the program before I am fired? Or Is it better to be fired so that I can say I did my best?

I started PGY-1 in 2005, and am doing remediation as of 7/31/06 until 10/30/06 if I don't fail. But the program director is trying very hard to dismiss me.

What should I do?
Do I quit or be fired?
Which is better?
