I want to put what i leant after so many confusions.
(1)Dean's letter is nothing but a recommendation type general letter on your name, may be short of 4 to 5 lines to more than a page. Dean's letter is NOT A MUST for IMG.
One thing is sure that every indian college gives, over and above dean's letter (2)marksheet,(3) clinical rotations/undergraduate clerkship rotations, may be in chronological order or just total of each subject in weeks and (4) and internship rotations and also (5)hours per subject. All these can be in one or two or all four seperate letters and different forms. Again hours can be just saying that he or she has done required minimum hours to be done as per MCI. In that case they are same for all students of at least same college.
Any way as i know for indian student, hours and weeks of rotations are much more than USA so wide margin and practicaly no problem with most of stdents.
Care is to be taken that some states require at least 4 week of psychiatry taken together of internship and undergraduate clerk ship.
MSPE i think this can be short form related to marks etc. etc. but I do not know frankly.
Hope this will help at least to some.
