Observership in Sep-oct, how to convey to programs?

Hi.. I have Observership offer at a program., but its going to begin only in the middle of September. If I want to convey that information (and about the possible LOR I might get) to the programs thru ERAS in my CV or in someother way, how can I do that? I am planning to apply for the programs in the first wk of September. Thank you.
