Deprresing ,applying for second time

Hi,its depressing I am applying for 2nd time .starting everything all over again.
hope things work out this time.
83/86/81/csa 2004 grad passed all first attempt .but step 3 second attempt.12mnths observership. 3 us LOR with research and casereports .
I have to see how it turns out for me this year.
please let me know if I have any chances.
