Neurology??? How do we match in NRMP for neuro and prel Med

Hi guys, Neuro is in NRMP so if we apply for neuro and prelim medicine then how do we match? I mean to say we got matching for one position on match day so how would we know we hv matched for neuro 08 and prel med 07???
Please anybody who knows this explain. Coz last year Neuro is in SF match and it usually comes in Jan and NRMP in March so people who knows in jan that the got matched in neuro just wait for their matchin in Prelim med in NRMP but now how will we find out 2 match in one matching programe?
