The minimum time to process the application is 90 days.Some people asked the program director to write a letter requestiong expedite the process and fax it to the Service Center.I asked myself for a letter so let's see if it really helps.
So,I think you whould talk to the program director about this.Besides the letter from them you may want to send a letter signed by you requesting the same thing.
