Thanks Laura, I agree with ur point well first thing when u get hired for research job which do not involve you in any clinical training than ur not subjected for 2 yr waiver. second:once you get H1 or j1 it is always transfered to your next employer not sponsored and j1 has 30 days and H1 has 10 days period of stay after ur job contract is over. Third: most program accepts J1 than H1. Well I am still searching to clear my visa issue. Ur suggestion r really helpfull. Thanks.
