there are some research jobs which do not require J1 waiver. As long as ur not invovled in any training during ur job ur out of waiver. but my research job is part time it is difficult to convience visa officer for H1 on part time job so i am more inclined to J1. well any ways thanks for ur suggestion. if u have any more to suggest please do . thanks doc.
