I agree with above message-my suggestion to u is if u are truly desperate, start calling programs every 2 weeks-keep a log book of which program u had called and on which date-u will find out about each program's requirement that way too. sometimes people dont make it for visa reasons or quit b/c of family/health issues-u wont lose anything by calling them-i kept calling and finally got a position in june. Remember noone can work magic for u and no amount of money will buy u a spot. if u have deficiencies like scores may be u can get the foot in the door by doing rotations/externships and letting them know you.
