Dear Dave,
After reading your post we contemplated wether we should answer we don't want people to assume by answering we are offering assistance in this matter. Our very strong advice to you is one not to believe anyone can obtain you a residency at a fee. Speaking for our company and knowledge that this is impossible, is saying consultation services take over the process of applying and make it a smooth process and look at your weaknesses in your documentation, lack of clinical experience, presentation in interview, tells you how to contact programs etc.. its a whole process which in our opinion makes a difference for applicants, HOWEVER NO ONE CAN TAKE MONEY AND WORK MAGIC and offer your a position. This is highly misleading and dishonest, if you come across such people you should call the BBB, and report them so they don't "peddle" that to other IMG's. There are multiple open positions this time of year, write a coverletter to the programs your interested in and add you cv say in case you have unexpected openings please consider me. There is no magic bullet in this case. We wish you the best of luck. You can contact your loan company and discuss placing them in deferment due to hardship look at working in the Medical field if you are unable to secure a position. You seem very down with this, which is understandable but don't allow anyone to take advantage of you at this time. As one of the leading Consultation Companies we are telling you there is nothing one can do with money to obtain you a position just for money, you would need to work hard offset your low scores and apply with a stronger profile. We wish you the best, we know this process can be very tiring, but don't give up yet your a physician you have obtained your ECFMG it will be a little more work.
Good luck!!
