willing to pay !

I need a residency, in any feild and any location, no this is not first choice but i have given up as to what i want and am willing to settle for anything. my loans have kicked back and there is no way i can afford to keep paying them. I am ECFMG certified and a citizen of the United States. My board scores were not great and am a FMG. I will pay anybody that can help me get a residency at least a sum of $1,000 or more if I can afford it. I am very desperate and would think of you as a saint for this. I know that there will be spots openings in july for various reasons and if you help me land one you will find a life long friend plus as much money as i can afford to pay you.
