call katie n ask her for the phone no and email of the person incharge of the visa in oklahoma city...call that lady once a week.....n send an email also......about the license thing u have to send the INS along with other documents a copy of the on line page that shows the status of ur license application....wherein one of the pending things is INS......a few candidates got their visa approved on the basis of that...
